Call for Applications to the Black Sea Link Fellowships 2011-12, sponsored by Volkswagen Stiftung and hosted by the New Europe College in Bucharest, Romania. The Fellowship is available to individuals from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine (and other countries around the Black Sea) who are currentdoctoral students or who hold PhDs.
