Bourses de recherche doctorale et de post-doctorat « Eugen Ionescu » - appel international à candidatures

Le but de ce programme est de permettre aux chercheurs et aux doctorants des pays membres ou observateurs de l’OIF, issus des établissements d’enseignement supérieur membres de l’AUF de bénéficier d’une formation de 3 à 6 mois dans 22 institutions d’enseignement supérieur roumaines.

Le 23 mai 2007, le Gouvernement de la Roumanie a adopté l’arrêté concernant la création du système de bourses d’études doctorales et de recherche “Eugen Ionescu” pour les ressortissants étrangers dans les institutions d’enseignement supérieur de Roumanie, membres de l’Agence universitaire de la Francophonie. Cette décision fait suite à l’engagement que la Roumanie a pris lors du XIème Sommet de la Francophonie (Bucarest, septembre 2006).

Objectifs :

Les mobilités « Eugen Ionescu » s’effectuent au sein du réseau des établissements membres de l’AUF. Elles conduisent les enseignants et/ou chercheurs francophones à l’extérieur de leur pays, en leur permettant de se perfectionner dans les universités membres de l’Agence universitaire de la Francophonie en Roumanie.

Ces mobilités doivent proposer des thématiques utiles au développement des pays et des universités du Sud , tel que défini dans le cadre de la Francophonie. Seront favorisées les mobilités cohérentes avec les intérêts des établissements d’origine et accueil.

La gestion effective de ces bourses est coordonnée par l’Agence universitaire de la Francophonie, dont l’expérience dans ce genre de programmes est internationalement reconnue.

Masterat international francofon in cotutela Studii Politice Europene Comparate 
a devenit, incepand cu luna aprilie 2011, "Pol de competenta universitara 
francofona", recunoscut de Minsterul Francez al Afacerilor Externe si finantat 
prin intermediul Ambasadei Frantei la Bucuresti cu trei burse care sustin 
mobilitatile studentilor exclusiv in cadrul acestui program de studiu. Aceste 
trei noi mobilitati se adauga celor doua burse Erasmus la Paris si celorlalte 
doua burse Erasmus (la Bordeaux si la Bruxelles), dedicate exclusiv studentilor 
acestui masterat. 

La randul sau, partenerul nostru principal care ofera diploma franceza de Master 
in Stiinte Politice (Universitatea Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallee) pune la dispozitia 
tuturor studentilor facilitatile de care se bucura orice student francez, precum 
si facilitati suplimentare de cazare si inserare in mediul socio-cultural local 
rezervate studentilor aflati in mobilitate.

Nino Andreatta Fellowship - Call for Applications

Alma Graduate School/Universita di Bologna is pleased to announce the
Nino Andreatta Fellowship for the academic year 2011-2012. The Nino
Andreatta Fellowship was created to honor the memory of Professor
Beniamino Andreatta and to help young researchers with significant
international experience to enter into the Italian Academy. This
program is open to scholars with a Ph.D. Degree in the Social
Sciences. Applicants shall be involved in theoretical or applied
research, with relevant implications for global politics, economics,
and business. The Scientific Board of the Fellowship, considered the
fact that the topic Nino Andreatta chose for his final lecture on the
date of his retirement from University, was the 1997 financial and
economic crisis in East Asia as well as instruments to avoid future
shocks, has determined that for the academic year 2011-2012 priority
will be given to Italian candidates who gained a Ph.D. abroad, in
management and economics.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS AND FELLOWSHIP DESCRIPTION:
- In order to apply, prospective candidates must have fully completed
a Ph.D. program abroad in the Social Sciences.
- Fellowships provide a salary of US $45.000,00, gross, plus benefits.
This fellowship also includes a US $10.000,00 research fund, which can
be used for research or conference travels or other research expenses.
Fellows can apply for additional research support during the first
year. The length of the first appointment is September 1st, 2011
through August 31st, 2012. Funds will be transferred in Euros
according to the exchange rate of the publication date of this call,
May 24th, 2011 (1 US $ = 0,709 Euro).
- Fellowships can be renewed for one or two years. Request for renewal
must be submitted by March 31st, 2012 and will be evaluated by April
15th, 2012 by the Selection Committee.
- Alma Graduate School will provide logistical, technological, and
secretarial support and will assist Fellows in finding a constructive
research environment within the Universita di Bologna.

RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE NINO ANDREATTA FELLOW:
- The Fellow is expected to carry out the research described in the
project proposal submitted at the time of application.
- The Fellow is also expected to teach a thirty-hour course in a
Master Program at Alma Graduate School, and to offer doctoral seminars
within the University of Bologna, (to be defined together with the
Department Chair).
- The Fellow will be entitled to apply for the support of a research assistant.
- The Fellow is encouraged to apply, with the assistance of Alma
Graduate School and the Universita di Bologna, for national and
international research calls and tenders to receive further financial
support for his/her research project.
- An office for the Fellow will be provided by one of the Departments
of the University of Bologna.
- The Fellow may apply to the Istituto di Studi Avanzati of the
University of Bologna for accommodation and other logistic
requirements.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Application materials include:
- Application form.
- Curriculum vitae, including the list of publications and discussion papers.
- PDF copies of the three publications or discussion papers, which the
candidate considers his/her most relevant contributions so far.
- Project proposal: 1000 words describing the research and writing
plans during the planned period of stay, specifying the expected
results.
- Two letters of recommendation.

The application form is to be sent in electronic format via e-mail
along with the project proposal and curriculum vitae. Letters of
recommendation are also to be submitted as PDF files from the official
academic e-mail of the referee. All application material, including

CfA: Proiect de mobilitate pt. elevi Europamobil, Brandenburg, DL 01.07

Europamobil este un proiect al Fundatiilor Genshagen si Robert Bosch din
Germania, organizat in diverse regiuni din Europa din 2009. Dupa cum ii
spune si numele, Europamobil este un proiect de mobilitate care promoveaza
diversitatea si mobilitatea europeana in randul elevilor. In acest scop,
20 de studenti din diferite tari europene vor calatori intr-un autocar,
Europamobil, si vor vizita scoli din regiunea Brandenburg /Germania. Ei
vor sustine ateliere si seminarii pentru elevi in fiecare scoala pe
diverse probleme europene.

Studentii isi vor dezvolta singuri programul pe parcursul unei saptamani
pregatitoare inainte de calatorie. In functie de universitate,
participarea la acest proiect poate fi recunoscuta ca stagiu de practica
sau echivalent ECTS.

Proiectul se deruleaza in perioada 8 septembrie - 2 octombrie 2011. Toate
cheltuielile generate de participarea la acest proiect sunt asigurate de
organizatori.

CfA: Annual intl fellowship competition 2012-13, Wilson Center, DL 01.10

The Wilson Center invites scholars, practitioners, journalists and
public intellectuals to take part in its flagship Fellowship Program
and to take advantage of the opportunity to engage actively in the
Center’s national mission. The Center awards approximately 22-25
residential fellowships through its annual international fellowship
competition. Fellows will be affiliated with one of the Wilson Center

Call for Proposals

Starting in 2011, the Gerda Henkel Foundation is offering Marie Curie
Fellowships in the M4HUMAN (Mobility for experienced researchers in
historical humanities including Islamic studies) programme aimed at
supporting outstanding scholars. This funding initiative is co-financed by
the European Commission under the EU's Seventh Framework Programme for
Research. One objective of this fixed-term programme is to increase
networking between researchers in the historical humanities at the
international level, including researchers in religious, cultural and
political sciences under the special programme "Islam, the modern nation
state and transnational movements". Other goals include the promotion of
trans-national academic exchange, increasing transnational mobility,
facilitating further education and the positive and long-term influencing of
the research environment in both origin and destination countries. Research
scholarships can be requested for a larger-scale research work or in
connection with a research project.
